This complete pellet production line efficiently processes PE, PP, and PVC materials through extrusion, strand formation, cooling, and cutting operations. The system transforms raw materials into uniform pellets for convenient storage and excellent market distribution.
Production Process Flow
Raw material + additive → Mixing → Conveying feeding → Hopper feeding → Conical twin screw extruder → Hot face cutting → Cyclone separator → Vibration sieve → Blowing system → Storage hopper → Finished product packing

Pelletizer Unit
Constructed entirely from AISI 304 stainless steel with pelletizing blades and die made from special alloy steels and coatings tailored to plastic type. Mobile components minimize maintenance requirements, while speed control enables granule size adjustment during operation.
Vibration Sieve
Precisely controls granule size by filtering out oversized and undersized particles. Only properly sized granules proceed to storage silo via air transport system.

We appreciate the high-temperature washing system and strong drying capacity. The whole line is optimized for continuous operation, and maintenance points are easy to access. Production cost is much lower compared to our previous system.
