Trial Run of Langbo Mixer Machine

Zhangjiagang, China – September 22, 2025 – Langbo Machinery carried out the trial run of a Mixer Machine purchased by a customer. The test was conducted in the company’s workshop to verify the machine’s performance before delivery.

During the trial, engineers focused on the mixing efficiency, heating and cooling stability, and automation control system. The mixer successfully processed PVC material with additives, completing both the heating and cooling cycles under preset parameters.

Technical Points Verified in the Trial

• Automatic Mixing Process
  The mixer executed the heating and cooling stages automatically after parameter setting, ensuring stable operation and consistent mixing results.

• Control and Monitoring
  The machine’s PLC-based system provided reliable parameter monitoring, allowing operators to manage the mixing sequence with minimal manual intervention.

• Material Handling
  After mixing, the material was discharged and ready for storage and transfer to extrusion equipment, meeting the requirements of downstream production.

The successful trial confirmed that the mixer machine meets the customer’s production requirements. The machine will be shipped after final inspections and adjustments.
